Empire Groups has offices on both coasts with the primary call center facility located in Portland, Maine, and the corporate and marketing headquarters affixed in Los Angeles, California.

Matt Marcello
Managing Partner
Matt oversees the on-site Call Center facility in Portland, Maine. He has spent over 10 years in the telecom industry, starting as a phone rep and working his way to managing new hires by the later 90’s. In 2003, Matt started his own Call Center facility and today oversees all aspects of hiring, training and launching new campaigns.

Scott Schalin
Managing Partner
A former Editor of Hustler Magazine, Scott left Larry Flynt Publications to become Chief Operating Officer and President of Interactive Gallery, one of the most successful Internet marketing companies from 1995-2002. While working with Direct Marketing companies such as Herbal Groups Inc., Scott honed his talents of developing revenue streams that capitalized on many areas of Direct Marketing – from Internet, e-mail, direct mail, television, radio.

Any call center is only as strong as its people. At Empire Groups, we understand the value and cost of hiring quality managers and reps, investing in extensive training and then incentivizing our team to keep labor turnover as low as possible.

Empire Groups boasts multiple mid-level managers who train, program reports and monitor successes. In addition, Empire Groups constantly hires new reps to assure that the finest quality sales staff is always on our floor.
